The Mazda CX-8 pricing has officially been announced for all four of its variants: 2.5G 2WD Mid, 2.5G 2WD Mid Plus, 2.5G 2WD High, and 2.2D 4WD High. The price spread is a little wild. Prices start at RM 179,960.40 for the 2.5G 2WD Mid, bumping up to RM 185,960.40 for the 2.5G 2WD Mid Plus, and topping out at RM 200,960.40 for the 2.5G 2WD High. All three of these variants pack petrol powered 2.5-litre inline-four engines. At the very top of the range is the full-fat 2.2D 4WD High which comes with a 2.2-litre turbodiesel and all-wheel drive as the name suggests. Pricing stands at RM 217,722.80 for this sole diesel variant. Premium metallic colours such as Soul Red Crystal, Machine Gray, and Snowflake Pearl White have an additional RM 3,000 charge, while leather seats for the 2.5G 2WD Mid and 2.5G 2WD Mid Plus variants are an optional RM 4,500.
